I first tried a pair of these shoes on at a local store and then purchased them online when they were on sale. I stand on tile floors all day during my 12-hour shifts as an emergency room nurse. I used to have back, feet, and leg pain unless I wore Danskos all day.

That’s when I found an amazing deal on Amazon! This is when I decided to try the Belle. I am so thankful that I bought these shoes. I bought the Alegria Women’s Belle in the Silver Grid. They match so many of my outfits and provide the comfort and support I need during my busy nursing shifts.

I read reviews; I wear a nine but ordered a 40 Euro, which is a size up. There was no “breaking in” as soon as I   put them on they were comfortable. The wide toe box gives me plenty of room, no more squished and painful toes at the end of the night.

I am a very busy kindergarten teacher in Georgia. I spend all of my time on my feet. I also spend time crouching, running , occasionally climbing (on the playground,) I used to go home in so much pain. My feet hurt so much and nothing would help them!

My colleagues started talking about wearing “nursing” shoes that were designed for nurses who had been on their feet all day. Initially, I said no wow to clunky white shoes or worse hard plastic shoes that I couldn’t stand to wear for short periods of time.

My coworker brought in a pair of her Algera shoes for me to try on! From that moment, I began my search for a pair of belles of my own. I live in a small town, so we don’t have a shoe store that carries Alegria in stock. I found a great deal on Amazon. I ordered a black pair of the Belle Mary Jane’s; They felt great out of the box, which was good, because we had a field trip to the zoo next week. The shoes held up to the trip with 25 kindergarteners.

Since my first pair of Alegria’s I have tried a few other brands. I have two pairs of Dansko XP and honestly, my Alegria Belles are superior to any of the shoes I’ve tried.I’ve found a few more pairs of Belles on Amazon for a great price in a few prints I like. I hope that I love them as much as I love my black Belles.

I started having extreme foot pain about five years ago. I stand for work on concrete floors all day. By the end of my shift, I was in agony. I found a few brands of shoes that worked for me. (size 9 in a Klog and 41 in Sanita). I wanted a non clog option too! Alegrias have many options like these Mary Janes. I wear a class size 40.

If this is your first time ordering, I recommend sizing up a bit and also make sure the website offers returns, in case they don’t fit. I have several styles by Alegria including Seville and Paloma; I am now including Belle on my favorites, too! They are 40s, so the sizing is consistent across the brand.

This is yet again another great shoe from Alegria. The lower profile is wonderful for anyone that is concerned that “nurse shoes” look too big and clunky.

I am a busy working mom. I discovered the Alegria brand several years ago. If I could, I would buy every pair of Alegria Women’s Belle Mary Jane Flat that strike me as attractive. This is just a great brand, and I am so happy that I discovered them online.

I own two pairs of the Professional Dayna’s and one pair of the Belle in dusty blue. I have wider feet as I wore Birkenstocks for many years. The Belle is wider and longer than the Dayna and is out of this world comfortable. I wear a 7-7 ½ wide. Wide sizes can be hard to find, but in the Alegria brand I’ve not had any issues. I wear a 38 and they are loose on me, but I’d rather have a shoe that is a little loose than too tight. Luckily, the Belle’s can be tightened up with the velcro strap.

The Alegria Belle Mary Jane are a nice looking pair of shoes, comfortable, that can work with any pants or leggings, skirts or dresses. These Belle’s have a smaller rocker bottom because they have to look less clunkier than the Paloma’s clogs. I would definitely recommend them to anybody!
